Mikey Garcia seems to announce retirement in Instagram bio update
Although there is no official confirmation, it seems that Mikey Garcia may have retired from his boxing career.
Biography of the four-weight world champion on his Instagram page @teammikeygarcia read ‘Retired World Championships’. Other than that, there seem to be no other clues that the 34-year-old has actually left the sport.
The Premier Boxing (PBC) champion, who promoted Garcia from 2017 to 2019 paid tribute to the decorated professional on Twitter, perhaps giving the clearest hint that the real.
“The entire PBC family wishes the modern four-division and boxing world champion @mikeygarcia a HAPPY FESTIVAL! Congratulations on an incredible career. “

Garcia’s career spanned over 16 years and 42 fights, including world title success in the Featherweight, Super Featherweight, Lightweight and Super Lightweight classes. One of the most skillful fighters of the last ten years Garcia has shared the ring with Orlando Salido, Juan Manuel Lopez, Adrien Broner, Errol Spence Jr and more.
If this is the end of Boxing Social career, I wish Mikey Garcia a happy retirement.
