It’s been 14 years since Michael Strahan retired from the NFL, after a 15-year career as a fullback for the New York Giants. Since then, his professional life has not only taken off, but has gone in countless directions: He was a commentator on the Fox NFL Sunday pregnancy TV show (along with hosting the show ” Thursday Night Football”), he spent four years co-hosting “Live! With Kelly and Michael” with Kelly Ripa and he is now a morning host for “Good Morning America.”
In 2015, he also launched a Michael Strahan clothing collection that he wears almost every day. “Everything in my line is designed to be flexible,” he told CNN Underscored, noting that Modern fitted round neck sweater with navy triangles being one of his new favorites. “All my shirts can take me to meetings, social events and more. CNN Underscored spoke to Strahan, one of television’s busiest men, to buy his favorite everyday essentials while he’s on the go.

Strahan points out that he doesn’t always Wear a suit and tie in front of the camera. “A good skin care routine also involves hydration,” says Strahan. “And nutrition, of course.” He makes sure he drinks at least eight glasses of water a day with his portable 32 ounce Stainless Steel Thermos. “I always drink a lot of water during the day,” he said. “This keeps me on track.”
