Mechanicville man to receive 30 years in prison for sexual abusing children | Crime and Courts
ALBANY — A Mechanicville man is about to spend 30 years in jail after admitting to sexually abusing three kids.
Gary Ryan, 50, pleaded responsible in U.S. District Courtroom in Albany on Wednesday to aggravated sexual abuse and transportation of minors to have interaction in sexual exercise.
Ryan admitted that in April or Could 2003 he took a 5-year-old little one with him to Florida and raped him and engaged in different sexual contact.
He then took this identical sufferer to Massachusetts and Nevada and engaged in sexual contact in 2004. He admitted to offering the boy with medicine and alcohol, in line with a information launch.
He admitted that in 2007 that he took a special sufferer, then 14, to Florida, touched him inappropriately and confirmed him pornography, in line with prosecutors.
Between 1998 and 1999, Ryan took a 3rd sufferer, then 14 or 15, to Massachusetts with different youngsters. He supplied the boy with alcohol and sexually abused the boy. He instructed one other teenager to videotape it.
