Mazda CX-9 2022 is equipped with standard 4-wheel drive system at a cheaper price
As the rest of the company’s CX crossovers and SUVs, three rows 2022 Mazda CX-9 are getting standard four-wheel drive. It also has a new mid-range trim line. And of course, pricing has some adjustments with the feature reshuffle. The 2022 models will reach authorized dealer this winter.
No front-wheel drive models, starting price for CX-9 higher than before. It currently starts at $36,505 for the base Sport version, including destination fees. However, that’s actually $455 less than last year’s Sport version with optional four-wheel drive then. The $38,655 Touring model is also slightly cheaper than last year’s all-wheel drive version, albeit at just $95. From there, the CX-9 models become a bit more expensive. Full prices are found below.

The other new addition to the CX-9 series is the Touring Plus trim. It starts with the features of the Touring trim with the Premium Package. From there, it adds ventilated front seats, driver’s seat memory, 20-inch black alloy wheels, a black grille, aluminum roof rails and a frameless rearview mirror.
