Man is outraged when he hears rumors about a puppy living in a birdcage, dying of smoke

According to the Mladenovac Foundation, the Mladenovac Dog Rescue, a puppy was found living in a birdcage. It sounds odd and absurd. Could this be true? They weren’t sure, but they had to find out for sure. Rescuers got into their vehicle and drove to the address provided by the caller. They pulled outside the house that was running down, and rescuers moved up to the driveway. In the yard there was a giant blue birdcage that shocked them!

A small puppy is trapped inside the cage, crying to be released. She happily told the rescuers as if she understood that this might be her chance to be free. One of the men banged on the door, but no one answered. He approached the puppy closer.

Because the birdcage was exposed and she was not protected from inclement weather, they were legally allowed to arrest her. The man opened the door of the birdcage and lifted her up. She is so small! She is less than a month old! This dog owner is a real monster. Mini is very eager to go to a nice place where everyone will love and care for her.
