After a few posts in English And Japanese Its recent creation announcement, the Macross: Shooting Insights shared more details about the game’s settings. The story begins by following Macross 7The protagonist’s, Maximillian Jenius, shortly after the Battle 7 ship crashes and he is sent to the future.
The game will present a crossover storyline featuring many of the most recognizable characters from the movies, manga, and TV series franchises. More specifically, they will work together to rescue the female singers of the series such as Sara Nome, Ranka Lee and Freyja Wion. On the other hand, some of the pilots have been confirmed as Shin Kudo, Gamlin Kizani and Hayate Immelmann from Macross Zero, Macross 7And Macross Plains.
the game is published for the first time in January 2023 as one of the first titles of the newly formed Bushiroad Games. It is described as a “novel shooter” that will be released on Switch, PS4, and PC. The PS5 release has only just been confirmed.
