KTM EXC 2025 enduro line revealed – Coming to Australia this September
2025 KTM EXC Enduro
The new 2025 KTM EXC range will roll off the Austrian production line in June and will be available at authorized KTM dealers in Australia and New Zealand from September 2024 onwards.
Following the significant 95% overhaul carried out for the 2024 model year, the 2025 range introduces a series of small improvements and key highlights to the seven-bike EXC enduro range.
The most notable visual change is more orange! The 1990s-inspired purple highlights were recently replaced by timeless silver-gray graphics on the mostly orange body and black frame. The saddle remains orange, featuring a high-grip seat cover and textured grip strips, which can also be found on the frame guards, tank cover and bar pads.
A WP XACT 48mm sealed cartridge spring fork and WP XPLORE PDS handle suspension duties.
KTM claims that new settings in the WP XPLOR PDS shock absorbers improve pressure balance and reduce the risk of foaming.
The swingarm was also updated with machined parts to improve the durability of the chain glider.
The new and updated fuel tank roll now secures the tank more securely while keeping the frame protected from rubbing.
At the handlebars, the new on/off switch lever is transferred from the KTM SX series.
All models in the range retain their hydroformed, laser-cut and robot-welded frames.
The 2025 KTM EXC 2-stroke line will include the KTM 150 EXC, KTM 250 EXC and KTM 300 EXC.
The 4-stroke range remains with the KTM 250 EXC-F, KTM 350 EXC-F, KTM 450 EXC-F and KTM 500 EXC-F continuing to rank.
