The new Kirby Cafe branch will temporarily open in Nagoya, Japan. Benelic opened a new website for Kirby Cafe Nagoya, which will be open from September 15, 2022 to February 5, 2023. On August 12, 2022, the company will open reservations for cafe attendances through May 30. 11 year 2022.
The Nagoya branch will have some exclusive items on its menu. One of them will be Waddle Dee burgers served with meat noodles and warm vegetables. The other will have a sausage with fried shrimp literally placed in Kirby’s mouth. Guests can also order a peach parfait decorated in Kirby style, and they can also take the glass home for an extra fee.
A shop that sells Kirby– themed merchandise will also appear near the cafe and anyone can visit the cafe without a reservation. Benelic will reveal the merchandise lineup at a later time.
As of this writing, Kirby Cafe has two permanent branches in Japan. The game character-branded cafe used to appear sporadically at least since 2016. The first permanent coffee shop appeared in Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi at the end of 2019. Benelic then opened a second branch on the island of Kyushu in Canal City Hakata in Fukuoka. The company has yet to announce whether it has any plans to turn the new Nagoya branch into a permanent one.
Kirby Cafe Nagoya will be available on the 2nd floor of Nagoya Parco from September 15, 2022 to February 5, 2023.
