Joy-Anna Duggar Agrees With Josh Duggar’s Sentence of Guilt
Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth say they agree with Josh Duggar’s conviction of child pornography last week.
“Over the last year, as you can imagine, there have been many unanswered questions in our minds about Josh,” a joint statement read. “We were able to sit through the trial to hear the evidence for ourselves.”
“We agree with the verdict of the justice system, and we thank the men and women who have worked tirelessly to protect children and help prevent child sexual abuse material.” they continued. “Our hearts are broken for all victims of CSAM.”
Duggar was guilty of receiving child pornography and possessing child pornography.
Duggar was arrested and charged in April with receiving and possessing child pornography. Prosecutors allege that he downloaded documents describing the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12.
