It’s Not Christmas Until You Play Skeal

The great thing about traditions is: you can create them. While some traditions feel more real because they are so ingrained in our culture, you can start your own whenever you want and drop any that you don’t care about. . Anything can be imbued with special meaning and, over time, develop into a tradition that you cherish and look forward to. So here I am, getting closer to Christmas, so getting ready for my annual game Skeal. Join me, dear readers.

As always, Skeal is a free mini-game that expands a simple building into a snowy miracle that makes me laugh every time. And it’s a Christmas game because I say so. If you haven’t played it yet, I highly recommend you give it a try before you play. And if your friends or family haven’t gone out yet, make them play it!

Although the downloadable version of Skeal is no longer available and neither is the VR version, you can still play the new version browser version. Alright, keep playing.

Not continue. It will only take you four minutes. We will wait.

Ah, that’s great, isn’t it? A light joke that surprises, escalates, and ends before it thins out. And, as it turns out, it took about 11 months before I started thinking “Time to play Skeal again?”

However, I wonder what is going on with those downloads. “Note: We are polishing our skis and preparing for the next ski season,” a cryptic message added ye olde Itching page. Creator Nick “Whymog” Cummings gave no further explanation. I think I would choose to believe that he received a £500 million grant from Seal himself to remake Skeal with fully physics-simulated snow and brand new Lisa Frank artwork. Let’s say that. Why isn’t that. Why not! You must believe in Christmas.

Do not forget reeling from the Christmas pain in christmas town later too.

For the nerfed people who would refuse to try Skeal without me further explanation, SEE, this is it, okay. And after watching, you’d better surprise someone with Skeal to replace your own ruined surprise. You didn’t know it was Christmas?

Cummings also makes non-Skeal games. His latest movie is Trash The Planet, one clicks about pandas collecting garbage and eventually owning everything.
