Intel India Opens Latest Modern Design and Engineering Center in Bengaluru


Intel India on Friday announced the expansion of its design and engineering reach in India with the launch of a new 4.53k square foot facility here.

The new center on two towers can accommodate 2,000 employees and will help with advancement Intel India“advanced” design and engineering of work in customer, data center, IODINEGraphics, artificial intelligenceand the automotive segment, a company statement said.

It was inaugurated by the Union Minister of State for Electronics & IT, Skills Development & Entrepreneurship, Rajeev Chandrasekhar.

Karnataka Minister of IT & BT, Higher Education, Science & Technology, CN Ashwath Narayan, and Country Manager, Intel India & Vice President, Intel Founder Services, Nivruti Rai were also among the list. those present.

Chandrasekhar said in the statement: “Intel’s significant contributions and relentless efforts to drive innovation in design and engineering in India over the past two and a half decades have highlighted a design opportunity. that India brings to the world.”

Intel India, as Intel’s largest engineering and design center outside the US, plays a strategic role in the company’s growth. It is constantly focused on expanding its design and innovation footprint by contributing significantly to Intel’s leading products.

At the new center, a 70,000 square foot floor is dedicated to high-tech R&D labs for silicon validation and design purposes. The facility features the best office design in the industry with a range of employee amenities such as over 50 video-enabled conference rooms, phone booths, collaboration spaces, breakout zones, and seating areas.
