Mages director Makoto Asada recently spoke with Japanese store Dengeki. In the interview, Asada said that the company is interested in reworking and moving some items in Infinity series, such as never7 or Ever17. The team in charge of the remake project has started rummaging through old assets and resources for a possible remake Ever17. In addition, several employees who previously remade the game for Xbox 360 are also involved in the project. The team is aware of the reception of changes made to the Xbox 360 version of Ever17 and will refine the character models for the remake.
