But there is one accessory that I use more than any other. In fact, it’s what I find the most versatile and useful.

That is GoPro 3-Way Mount 2.0.

What is a GoPro 3-Way 2.0 mount? It’s a camera grip, a tripod and an extension arm, all in one. It’s a folding extension arm that acts as a handheld lever for selfies, overhead shots and track footage, and it has a handy grip for all-day adventures.

At one end is a grip and at the other is a 360-degree ball joint that gives you the freedom to point the camera exactly where you want it. All joints in the mount are stable and secure, and are easily loosened so you can adjust the mount.

You’ll need a GoPro mount to attach the camera to the mount, so it’s a good idea to check before you buy (or buy a replacement).

The entire mount is made from hard plastic and stainless steel accessories, making the device sturdy and unaffected by the elements that might be thrown at it. You can drop it, jump on it, soak it in salt water, accidentally step on it and it will still work.

Having stainless steel fittings makes all the difference, as I have come across countless similar stands made of poor quality materials that rust within days of being exposed to the elements. element.

There’s also a wrist strap that fits well, which can help prevent your camera from disappearing when you’re down a mountain or to the bottom of the ocean – as long as you remember to put it on.

I have a lot of GoPro accessories, but this is the one that I use the most. It’s super versatile and allows me to do shots that would otherwise be difficult, if not impossible. And at less than 8 ounces, it’s light enough to take on adventures, but sturdy enough to withstand the wind when in use.
