The exterior design is as round and prominent as the concept version. It even retains the small spoiler at the rear and the unusual vertical accents on the rear bumper. The share was slightly affected when moving to production. There are more metal plates on the sides and above the wheels, making the overall car taller and a bit less stylish. But it’s still a standout machine, and it’s definitely physically sleek. Hyundai claims it has a drag coefficient of 0.21, achieved with the vehicle’s shape, plus active grille openings, rear spoiler and air vents, underbody panels and optional camera mirrors. choose. Inside, the Ioniq 6 looks clearly related to the Ioniq 5. It has a similar dashboard that includes a 12-inch display for tools and infotainment, and a similar dashboard and steering wheel design. But it is enhanced with new features like more ambient light that can be split into two color. It has a floating center panel, which appears to house buttons and switches as if it were for windows. This is to remove any switches from the door. In addition, the four pixels on the steering wheel light up and they seem to be able to announce everything to the driver. However, Hyundai did not share exactly.
And there’s a lot that Hyundai hasn’t shared. It doesn’t say a word about the powertrain except that it will use an E-GMP platform like the Ioniq 5, Kia EV6 and Genesis GV60. But as for the size of the battery and engine capacity, Hyundai did not say. Pricing remains a mystery, though the upgraded interior suggests this could be more expensive than the Ioniq 5.
