Cross post multiple times
OK, this may sound a bit desperate, but it can be one of the best ways to stay in touch with your Twitter friends. Tweet a few times about subscribing to Topics and share the new control where your friends can find you, if it’s different. Don’t be afraid to use memes and humor, as well as more candid pleas.
Your Instagram Link
Listen to me. While the followers you build on Instagram may be much different from the ones you like on Twitter, many of the early adopters with large followings on Threads are taking their communities (and colored checkmarks) away. blue) from Instagram, owned by Meta. If you follow friends on Instagram, when you sign up for a Thread, you’ll have the option to follow all of your Instagram friends, if they have a Thread account. If you use your Instagram account, but didn’t choose to follow the same person on Thread during signup, you can find that option again. Tap your profile and then your follower count. Then swipe over Next navigation. At the top of the screen, tap See it all to find people you know from Instagram.
Keep your account public
If you want to keep your account more private, you can change your posts to private by going to your profile, tapping the two lines in the top right corner, selecting Privacythen convert Profile right option. For those who want to grow an account beyond their direct friend group, making your account public is the only way for posts to end up in the algorithm feed.

Reuse Your Best Bit
Yes, you may want to create a new online character for the Thread, but don’t be afraid to reuse some of your previous photos, jokes, and discussion topics. Once you figure out which post types help build on the things you’re looking for on Themes, experiment by changing up a bit about what has worked for you in the past.

Don’t think too much about it. If you’re having a good time on Threads and want to gain more followers, keep those posts going. Don’t be afraid to reply to posts that make you laugh or share something poignant. The party is just getting started and users are probably ready to make new connections. (They probably want to grow their followers, just like you.)
Worried that you’re spending too much time on the app? Go to your profile and tap the two lines in the top right corner. Go AccountLater Rest for a while. The theme might remind you to touch the grass every 10, 20, or 30 consecutive minutes you spend in the social media app.
