Feebas are quite hard to find in Pokemon GO! It is not available in eggs at this time. While it doesn’t always appear in Raid, it can appear in it from time to time. Perhaps your best bet is to catch one in the wild. It can be a rare spawn under the right conditions. In addition, it may appear more often during certain events.
How to evolve Feebas into Milotic in Pokemon go
Like Magikarp, Feebas is designed to be one of those characters that “climbs up” to become significantly better when eventually being able to evolve into Milotic. This is still true in Pokemon GO. There are two things you need to stabilize yourself.
First you need to walk 20km (about 12 and a half miles) with Feebas yours. Pokemon GO buddy to develop it.
Next, you need 100 Feebas candies to evolve one into Milotic in Pokemon GO. You get one candy for every 5km (about three miles) you walk with it. Using the Pinap when catching each Feebas will help.
When you reach 20 km with a character and have enough candies, you can evolve it.
