“Our current challenge is Witness the Fitness, so we focus on fitness activities throughout the work week,” says Vixie. “And we check with our friends to make sure that we complete the tasks that we are given each week. It brings a lot of fun and hopefully stress relief to our working day. “
Caring for employee well-being is built into managers’ responsibility. This year, Beach Cities plans to further operationalize its work-life balance.
