If you haven’t tried the new masking panel yet, you should definitely spend an hour or so playing with it, as it has a lot more capabilities than previous versions of Lightroom. As powerful as it is, though, don’t forget how useful the old standby Brush tool was for emphasizing different parts of the frame and sharpening the overall lighting in the image.
