Public health developed during Fauci .’s reign
In 1984, when Fauci was appointed director of NIAID, 11.8% of Americans had a chronic illness, but the number has increased dramatically since then.4 Fauci doesn’t talk about this public health debacle — at least not publicly — but as Kennedy noted, Fauci’s job is to figure out why in cases of autism, food allergies , ADHD, sleep disorders, juvenile diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and many other chronic diseases and infectious diseases skyrocketed.
Fauci’s mission was to conduct research on these diseases to find their causes and environmental causes to protect public health, but instead he turned NIAID into a pharmaceutical incubator Products. According to Kennedy:5

Fauci’s Billion Dollar Budget Gives Him Huge Strength
Fauci has an annual budget of $7.6 billion, totaling over half a trillion dollars over his entire tenure over which he is in control. Instead of using that to reveal the environmental problems that lead to chronic disease outbreaks, Kennedy explains, he uses the money to develop new drugs, which he then transfers to universities:6
“He shares patents with them, then he sells them to the drug companies, splits the patents with them, and he makes those drugs go through the FDA approval process that he does. He is in complete control from the bottom up. And then he gets their approval, and in many cases, himself profits. The people in his agency can collect $150,000 a year in royalties on each of these products.”
The NIH owns half of the patents for Moderna’s COVID-19 injection, which means it could make billions of dollars. As a result, four of Fauci’s top delegates will also be raking in $150,000 a year — from a product they’re responsible for regulating, a glaring conflict of interest.
“Commercial and commercial interests have overwhelmed that agency’s regulatory function, and it’s no longer doing public health — it’s doing pharmaceutical advertising,” Kennedy said.7 For example, between 2009 and 2016, there were 240 new drugs approved by the FDA, all sold from Fauci’s “store,” he added. “He is the incubator for the entire pharmaceutical industry.”8
How Fauci Controls Science Across the Globe
Fauci has spread the word that he is untouchable, going so far as to tell MSNBC that an attack on him is an attack on science:9

Between those three men, they control 61% of biomedical research funding on Earth.

They can kill a research, they can ruin a career, they can bust science colleges they don’t want to do. So they can really command almost all the sciences in the world. “
Pharmaceutical companies and universities all benefit
Kennedy gives a theoretical example of how Fauci exerted her enormous power to influence science: In his laboratory, Fauci developed a molecule that kills viruses. This is done by scientists dropping molecules onto one of a multitude of viruses – flu, Ebola, coronavirus, zika and others – into petri dishes and test tubes to see if it kills them. Are not. At this point, the new drug still has to receive regulatory approval, which will put it before a supposedly independent panel of experts.
