Halo Infinite has 14 hidden multiplayer modes on PC

If you are bored Halo Infinitethe usual multiplayer mode playlist, there’s a sneaky way to get more of it on PC. One player discovered that if you start the game offline, you can go through and save 14 hidden modes not yet available in the online game, including a new mode called Attrition, as well as a bunch of Fiesta and Tactical variants.

Last weekend, Reddit user “WickedSoldier991” posted that if you launch Infinite Offline, you can access and save a bunch of modes that aren’t currently available, then play them when you’re back online (as well as share them with your friends) ).

Hidden modes are almost all versions of existing modes you may have seen, except for one, Attrition. This gives each team a limited number of respawns, and you win by killing your opponent. There is an Attrition Dodgeball mode that adds extra lives to your rescue team as you also take out enemies.

Currently, Hinfinite features 17 multiplayer modes (which you must be able to watch), including the likes of Oddball, Slayer, Capture The Flag and more. Adding this batch turns it into a whopping 31 modes, which is a pretty good choice.

Here is the full list of those stealthy stealth modes:

  • Arena: Attrition
  • Arena: Attrition Dodgeball
  • Arena: Eliminate
  • Fiesta: Attrition
  • Fiesta: CTF
  • Fiesta: A CTF Flag
  • Fiesta: Stronghold
  • Rating: Elimination
  • Rating: A Flag
  • Strategy: Slayer
  • Strategy: Slayer Commandos
  • Strategy: Slayer Manglers
  • Strategy: Slayer Sidekicks
  • Strategy: Slayer Stalker Rifles

Details and rules for Halo Infinite's hidden offline mode, Attrition.

I managed to find these by setting my Steam client offline, starting Halo, then choosing Custom Game > Mode Editor > Mode > 343 Industries. WickedSoldier991 did it a slightly different way, so check out their post on Reddit if this doesn’t work. They note that some people also have trouble saving these offline modes, so there might be something fun with them.

Don’t worry if you can’t save them, it would be weird if they were in the game but never streamed. I hope they unlock it at some point in the future, perhaps in the coming seasons or maybe sooner after the game goes out of beta.

If multiplayer isn’t your thing, the game’s campaign launches this week, December 8. Brendy has been on a trip, and in Reviews on Halo Infinite He said: “An unstoppable rickety storyline leaves disappointed fans with a return to the open world and nostalgic gunfights.”
