Grammarly’s Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is a new feature that gives businesses full access and control over data encryption. The startup has also introduced session timeouts, to help protect companies from unauthorized access.
According to Grammarly, business leaders can now manage employee access more effectively in Grammarly, with new custom roles, team-level security controls, and cost center visibility of business.
The startup also unveiled a Figma plugin that teams can use to access Grammarly’s communication support feature in the design tool. This feature can be useful for design projects because Grammarly allows organizations to upload their style guides and brand profiles.

Grammarly Enterprise users can now access most of these new features, including session timeouts, custom roles, and group-level security controls. Figma plugin is also available but you will have to download it from Figma community website. Grammarly plans to roll out BYOK and enterprise cost center visibility features in the coming weeks.
