Get ready with Hannah Dodd for the S3 premiere of ‘Bridgerton’

For actress Hannah Dodd, deciding what to wear to a movie world premiere was a matter of deciding Bridgerton season 3 created the opportunity for life to imitate art. “We really wanted to give a little nod to Bridgerton and Francesca,” she said. “We chose a custom Ellie Misner dress that I’m super excited to wear over the next few days. Bridgerton blue and we also have a little corset. I feel it is a combination of modern and contemporary.”

To ensure a look worthy of a headline that Lady Whistledown herself would write, Dodd chose stylist Dani Kleinman, makeup artist Shayna Gold and hairstylist Takuya Yamaguchi as her glam team. “I feel like a modern-day Francesca would probably wear what I’m wearing. Although stepping into a new role can be daunting, everyone is Bridgerton—from executive producer Shonda Rhimes season 3 hottie Luke Newton—agree that Dodd is a great fit. “It was wonderful to really welcome Hannah and Francesca,” Rhimes said. “We’ve only seen a little bit of Francesca in previous seasons, and in this season, she’s back from her travels and ready to get married, and you really learn who Fran is. Fran has always been the invisible sister, and now she becomes the center of many aspects for us to get to know.”

Newton agrees. “It’s wonderful to welcome Hannah to the fold Bridgerton family.
