Most of the cheapest routes go to Puerto Rico’s capital, San Juan. However, some cities also have discounted routes to Ponce and Aguadilla Pueblo.

We recommend finding your best dates through Google Flights and then booking your flight on the airline’s website; Direct flight booking is the most reliable in case your flight is delayed, canceled or has booking changes.
With ample availability on many of the major US airports, now couldn’t be a better time to book those flights to Puerto Rico. For flights from San Francisco to Aguadilla Pueblo, Google Flights shows that JetBlue and United both have discounted flights. The JetBlue flight costs $331 and the United flight is slightly more expensive at $344.

Please note, however, that if you decide to book your departing flight with JetBlue, Google Flights will recommend booking your return flight to San Francisco with United to keep the return fare at $331.
The fares featured in these deals extend only to the underlying economy. While you may need to book your ticket through separate carriers in this case, United and JetBlue’s base economy classes are roughly the same — neither of which allows passengers to carry luggage. carry-on baggage or change their ticket.
When booking two flights separately, we recommend that you make sure you book one right after the other so prices go up. In this case, if you go through the JetBlue and United websites, the individual fares to and from Aguadilla Pueblo add up to about $331. JetBlue has one-way tickets to Aguadilla Pueblo starting at $185, and United has tickets back to San Francisco as low as $146 (if you book basic economy class with both airlines).
