Marketing Assistant (Motorcycle)

To assist with future ambitious development plans, Mojo Motorcycles is currently recruiting for the position of Marketing Assistant.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Directors of Mojo Motorcycles, the in-house design team, sales representatives and dealer partners to come up with the annual marketing plans on a daily basis.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidates who want to learn and develop skills in all areas of marketing, including marketing planning, communication, advertising, social media, events. , CRM, reporting and marketing administration.
Reporting to Mojo Motorcycles Country Marketing Managers, the Marketing Assistant’s primary responsibilities involve the following:
- Work with Marketing Managers to support and execute the marketing plan.
- Communication – including eDM creation and distribution, copywriting for websites, newsletters and reports.
- Website management and maintenance support.
- Create and manage social media content, including paid advertising.
- Collaborate with media for product testing, editorial requests, and content distribution.
- Support events, brand ambassadors, athletes and partnerships.
- Send and track ads for agreed print and digital placements.
- Other duties as required by management.
- Sometimes it will be necessary to travel and some after-hours support.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Passion for Motorcycles / Powersports.
- University degree in – Marketing, Communications or related.
- Experience with various advertising platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Google Ads).
- An excellent communicator – you will work with our nationwide network of dealers and retail customers –
- Communicating with a wide range of audiences and building relationships is essential.
- Initiative – desire to learn and develop your skills as well as take on your role.
- Self-motivated – the ability to think for yourself and not be afraid to get in the way and help other areas of the business when required.
- Competency in – Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills are preferred but not required.
- Photography, video editing and video editing skills are an advantage.
- An automobile license is required, and a motorcycle license is appreciated.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
This position is open to Mojo Motorcycles Altona office, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Motorcycle Dealer Technical Support & Warranty Assistant
Mojo Motorcycles – Altona North, Melbourne VIC
To assist with the implementation of ambitious future development plans, Mojo Motorcycles is currently recruiting a Dealership Technical Support & Warranty Assistant.
Reporting to the Moto Motorcycles Warranty Manager, the main responsibility of the dealer’s Technical Support and Warranty Assistant will be:
- Provide fast, reliable, high-quality service to our dealer network by phone and email
- Arbitration of warranty claims on all of our brands
- Manage the entire warranty claim process with our B2B system
- Liaise with suppliers as required to resolve recurring warranty issues
- Analyze warranty data as required and take corrective action
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Mechanical aptitude – You will work with qualified mechanics across our dealer network, providing technical support to them when required. Mechanical degree or experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Attention to detail – you love numbers and are detail-oriented in everything you do.
- A great communicator – you’ll be working with our international customers and suppliers alike, so being able to communicate with a wide audience is essential.
- Computer skills – you will develop an expert understanding of our vendor and B2B IT systems. Knowledge of Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Initiative – we want people who want to develop themselves and take on their roles.
- Self-motivated – we want someone who can think for himself and isn’t afraid to get in the way and help other areas of the business when required.
