An artist has stated her gown embroidery challenge has globally related girls from totally different cultures.
Kirstie Macleod from Somerset began The Crimson Gown challenge to assist marginalised girls inform their tales by way of embroidery.
Greater than 240 folks took half and embroidered a picture onto the gown that represents themselves and their tradition.
It has taken nearly 12 years to finish.
Embroiderer Blanka Kolkova, from the Czech Republic, stated: ” After I first noticed the challenge I believed it was pure sisterhood.”
