Dozens of people, mostly strangers, spent a snowy weekend together at a secluded pub after heavy snow blocked exits.
The Tan Hill Inn, which calls itself the UK’s highest pub, hosted the band Noasis when snowfall makes it dangerous to leave the area for staff, musicians and pub visitors.
So they stayed – and stayed – all weekend, waiting for the danger to pass.
