We’re excited to announce our latest DLC for Jurassic World Evolution 2. Developed in close cooperation with Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion is inspired by Universal Pictures and Jurassic World Dominion by Amblin Entertainment so you can bring all-new thrill, excitement and chaos with the groundbreaking management simulation game. The expansion features an immersive campaign, new prehistoric species (including the highly requested feathered dinosaur), an original Chaos Theory scenario, innovative gameplay mechanics, and more.
The first is the Campaign mode. Immerse yourself in a thrilling new story that expands on Jurassic World Dominion. You’ll work alongside iconic characters from the franchise including Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard), Dr Alan Grant (voiced by Sam Neill), Dr Ellie Sattler (voiced by Laura). voiced by Dern) and Lewis Dodgson (voiced by Campbell Scott). You’ll build a new research compound Biosyn Genetics, send scientists to amber-coated DNA, synthesize and incubate beautiful new species, and observe their diverse behaviors.
Develop the Biosyn Genetics Research Complex through several construction phases and use a series of movie-inspired buildings to construct the base; delve into amber deposits and unearth rare genomes to create entirely new prehistoric species; instructing scientists to synthesize and incubate new species of fearsome dinosaurs like the new feathered species; and drop them into your park. Plus, there’s a faster way to move employees around your facility with the Hyper Loop transportation network.
Next up is the thrilling new Chaos Theory scenario. Now, in Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion, you can play through a compelling new scenario inspired by the epic events of Jurassic World Dominion. Build your own base to raise dinosaurs in a diverse Sierra Nevada environment with majestic pine forests, snowy hills and vast plains. Use dinosaur wrapping mechanics to swarm herds of animals quickly without reassurance, transport them, and keep them safe with new security measures. When the rusters try to steal your dinosaurs, stop them by blasting high-powered headlights and speeding to block their cars. However you choose to manage the scenario, in the expansion’s new Chaos Theory mode you’ll see how events unfold once you take control.
The Dominion Biosyn expansion wouldn’t be complete without four breathtaking new prehistoric species. These include the expected feathered dinosaurs in the form of Therizinosaurus, Pyroraptor and Quetzalcoatlus. The remarkable coat even reacts differently to changing weather conditions like snow and rain, they are sure to be a standout attraction in your park. In addition to these astonishing species is Dimetrodon, the oldest prehistoric species ever seen in the game Jurassic World Evolution, actually going extinct millions of years before dinosaurs first appeared.
Along with these new species, we’re also introducing two new variants including, Dreadnoughtus, a striking variant of the 26 meter titan herbivore existing in the game; and the Giganotosaurus variant, another alternative that revolves around a giant carnivore capable of outperforming even the mighty T-Rex. There will also be six new cosmetic skins for existing species with Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion. There are two skins for the infamous T-Rex, both scarred and furry versions, one for Dilophosaurus and 3 alternative skins for Parasaurolophus, giving the die-hard fan a new life. Whether adding fluff to the T-Rex or pairing Dilophosaurus with the cinematic version, you’ll give familiar dinosaurs an additional yet realistic dimension.
