The Area Common: The Portal Galleries is an exhibition curated by Area Common architectural studio and Sir John Soane’s Museum in London. The group created an exhibition that appears on the magic and mechanics of digital journey documented all through the historical past of fiction.
Along with the fictional documentation of portals, the exhibition explores the research of bodily portals within the museum itself and a digital actuality portal. Area Common launched a teaser exhibition as we speak, November eighth, 2021, in anticipation of the exhibition’s June 2022 opening.
