Gervonta Davis has confirmed that his fight on Saturday against Rolando Romero will be his last with Mayweather Promotions.

“I feel like it’s my career, so I feel like I need to be the one in control of my career. And the time has come. People don’t need training wheels on them forever. It’s time to ride your own bike without exercise wheels. “
