Davey Todd topped Wednesday’s Qualifier at the Isle of Man TT

Davey Todd was the mover in Wednesday night’s qualifying session at the Isle of Man TT Races, with the Milwaukee BMW Motorrad rider topping both the Superbike and Superstock standings with speeds of 131.821 mph and 130.439 mph respectively.

Michael Dunlop was fastest in the Supersport class at 126.917 mph. The Northern Irish rider rode a Triumph 765 on Monday in the Supersport, but on Wednesday switched to a Yamaha YZF-R6 to top the standings.

Jamie Coward was the leader in the Supertwin class with a speed of 119.285 mph.

In the Sidecar class, it was again the Manx pair of Ryan and Callum Crowe who were fastest with their speed rising to 118.814 mph.

Michael Dunlop – Super Sportsman

The Superbike/Superstock session was the first to take place at the Mountain Course this evening, where conditions were bright and sunny, albeit with light winds.

Dean Harrison (Honda Racing UK) and Coward (KTS Racing Powered by Steadplan Honda) were the first to go, followed by James Hillier (WTF Racing Honda), Ian Hutchinson (Milenco by Padgett’s Motorcycles Honda), and Todd and Josh Brookes (Monster Energy BMW by FHO Racing).

Todd chose to go straight with Coward, Dunlop, Hickman and Hillier among those to enter, while Brookes also continued on his second lap on his Superbike and reached a speed of 205.098 mph through the Sulby speed trap.

Todd was slightly slower on the second lap, at 131.745 mph, and Brookes was slightly faster on the opening lap, at 129.205 mph, but he was overhauled by John McGuinness (129.269 mph), who finished fourth fastest on the circuit. Supercar class.

David Johnson is also doing well at the Platinum Club Kawasaki (128.348 mph), which puts him sixth in the Superbike standings, but Dunlop is just 0.7 seconds behind Todd with a second lap of 131.729 mph.

Cummins eventually completed the first lap at 126.961 mph before finishing third fastest with a lap of 129.286 mph. After earlier troubles that saw him limp back to the pits with bike problems, Harrison finished fourth in the standings with a speed of 129.226 mph.

Newcomer Patrick Hoff was also making steady progress with a lap of 117.546 mph before recording 118.839 mph later in the session while Hickman managed to get another lap on his Superbike where he clocked 130.804 mph.

Peter Hickman – Supermarket

At 7.25pm ​​it was the Supersport/Supertwin session and Dunlop immediately went fastest (126.034 mph) with Coward (125.674 mph) just 3 seconds slower on his Triumph.
