Davey Todd was the mover in Wednesday night’s qualifying session at the Isle of Man TT Races, with the Milwaukee BMW Motorrad rider topping both the Superbike and Superstock standings with speeds of 131.821 mph and 130.439 mph respectively.
Michael Dunlop was fastest in the Supersport class at 126.917 mph. The Northern Irish rider rode a Triumph 765 on Monday in the Supersport, but on Wednesday switched to a Yamaha YZF-R6 to top the standings.
Jamie Coward was the leader in the Supertwin class with a speed of 119.285 mph.
In the Sidecar class, it was again the Manx pair of Ryan and Callum Crowe who were fastest with their speed rising to 118.814 mph.

The Superbike/Superstock session was the first to take place at the Mountain Course this evening, where conditions were bright and sunny, albeit with light winds.
Dean Harrison (Honda Racing UK) and Coward (KTS Racing Powered by Steadplan Honda) were the first to go, followed by James Hillier (WTF Racing Honda), Ian Hutchinson (Milenco by Padgett’s Motorcycles Honda), and Todd and Josh Brookes (Monster Energy BMW by FHO Racing).

Both Michael Rutter (Bathams Ales BMW) and Conor Cummins (Milenco of Padgett’s Motorcycles Honda) were slow and Harrison also had problems, the Honda man slowing through each area and finally stopping in Parliament Square.
Coward was first to complete the lap at 128.220 mph on his Superstock, but Todd was quickly behind him and was significantly faster on his Superbike at 131.821 mph. Dunlop (Hawk Racing Honda) also crossed the 130 mph barrier at 130.342 mph, followed by Peter Hickman (129.339 mph) and Brookes (129.007 mph).

Todd chose to go straight with Coward, Dunlop, Hickman and Hillier among those to enter, while Brookes also continued on his second lap on his Superbike and reached a speed of 205.098 mph through the Sulby speed trap.
Todd was slightly slower on the second lap, at 131.745 mph, and Brookes was slightly faster on the opening lap, at 129.205 mph, but he was overhauled by John McGuinness (129.269 mph), who finished fourth fastest on the circuit. Supercar class.
David Johnson is also doing well at the Platinum Club Kawasaki (128.348 mph), which puts him sixth in the Superbike standings, but Dunlop is just 0.7 seconds behind Todd with a second lap of 131.729 mph.

Meanwhile, Hickman went fastest in the Superstock class with a lap speed of 129.723 mph – giving him a seven-second lead over Coward, who increased his speed to 128.844 mph only for Todd to pass them both at 130.349 mph.

Cummins eventually completed the first lap at 126.961 mph before finishing third fastest with a lap of 129.286 mph. After earlier troubles that saw him limp back to the pits with bike problems, Harrison finished fourth in the standings with a speed of 129.226 mph.
Newcomer Patrick Hoff was also making steady progress with a lap of 117.546 mph before recording 118.839 mph later in the session while Hickman managed to get another lap on his Superbike where he clocked 130.804 mph.

At 7.25pm it was the Supersport/Supertwin session and Dunlop immediately went fastest (126.034 mph) with Coward (125.674 mph) just 3 seconds slower on his Triumph. They were followed by Hickman (123.581 mph), Paul Jordan (123.485 mph), Mike Browne (123.248 mph) and Harrison (122.855 mph), with Croatian rookie Loris Majcan completing the first lap at 111.982 mph after the break retired in the opening round of the tournament on Monday. meeting.
Dunlop improved to 126.917 mph in the second, with Todd (124.054 mph) third in the standings after the first round on the Powertoolmate Ducati before improving to 125.063 mph in the second round. Harrison (124.811 mph) and Jordan (123.947 mph) also increased the pace.

Pierre-Yves Bian was fastest in the opening lap on the Supertwins (116.930 mph), followed by last year’s Senior Manx Grand winner Joe Yeardsley (114.687 mph) and Michael Russell (114.411 mph) but Browne overtook them all Their lap speed of 118.069 mph puts him fastest in the Scott Racing Aprilia. He wasn’t there long however as first Rob Hodson on SMT Racing Paton (118.163 mph) and then Coward (119.285 mph) overhauled him, the latter finishing the session fastest ahead of Hickman who achieved a late lap of 118.851 mph.
Founds/Walmsley were again first on the Sidecars, the session starting at 8.10pm, but they were overhauled by Crowes on the climbs and it was the Manx pair who were fastest on the opening lap at 118.814mph – their fastest ever run on the Mountain Road.

Founds/Walmsley (117.837 mph) were second, followed by Birchall/Rousseau (116.398 mph), Crawford/Hardie (112.987), Reeves/Wilkes (112.985 mph) and Blackstock/Rosney (112.522 mph), with newcomers Ellis/Clement (110.830 mph) placed eighth after their first over 110 mph lap.
Birchall/Rousseau increased their speed to an impressive 118.271 mph before the session was capped by a red flag.
