Daniel Dubois still has hope he will face Trevor Bryan next

Knockout expert Daniel Dubois says he’ll win “by all means necessary” if he’s next up against WBA Usually heavyweight champion Trevor Bryan.

The WBA announced yesterday that the bids for their match have been postponed and rescheduled for March 21.

Ryan Elliott of Boxing Social asked the Queensberry promotion boxer if he was still confident he would fight Bryan next.

“Yeah, I hope that’s the next thing. I think I’ve done everything now. It depends on Frank [Warren] and Don King and everyone to offer and agree on something. I think the wallet bid is today so after today we’ll know for sure what’s going on. ”

In their statement, the WBA said the original bid date of March 14 had been postponed because “various requests from champion Bryan’s team made it necessary for it to be postponed”.

Dubois has been itching to face the Americans ever since he was made the mandatory challenger.

“This is what boxing is about,” he said. “We live for this. This is what keeps me always in the gym, motivated and focused to get out there and do something. I was quietly excited and confident and ready to start. If the stop is there, I’ll take it but a win by all means necessary. “
