Current Hyatt promotions: Rewards points for stay and dining plus double stay credit

If you have a hotel coming up, getting extra points or discounts during your stay is definitely worth it.

In addition to the previously announced Dining and Rewards Journey promotions, there is a new reward points offer for every stay in early 2023 at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels as well as rewards points. for some Park Hyatt locations. Let’s take a look at the present Hyatt’s World promotions to see what they have to offer and how you can take advantage of them.

1,000 bonus points per stay for credit cardholders

If you have Hyatt World Credit Card or World of Hyatt corporate credit cardyou can get 1,000 bonus points for every qualifying stay of two nights or more at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Real Estate. This promotion requires pre-registration, which you can complete here.

Eligible stays are stays between January 2 and March 5, 2023, and only stays completed after applying for the promotion are eligible for bonus points. Registration is open as of December 1, and you must complete your registration no later than January 31, 2023.

For each qualifying stay, you can earn 1,000 bonus points — up to a maximum of 25,000 bonus points. It should be noted that back-to-back bookings at the same property will only count as one stay (thus earning bonus points only once), even if you check out and check in again. Night awards and stay awards use Hyatt points.

The bonus points from this promotion are bonus points, which means they are not the base points that help you accumulate Hyatt World Elite Status. Based on TPG . latest valuation1,000 Hyatt points are worth $17.

2,000 bonus points at select Park Hyatt hotels

There are seven different Park Hyatt properties where you can earn 2,000 bonus points per stay. This promotion is only available at those specific properties, but there is no minimum number of nights required for your stay to earn bonus points. Both paid stays and rewards (including use of free nights) are eligible for this promotion.

Eligible stay period is from December 21, 2022 to February 28, 2023. You must book your stay between December 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023 by use code PARK20 to avail this offer. Participating hotels are Park Hyatt Kyoto, Park Hyatt Tokyo, Park Hyatt Chicago, Park Hyatt Toronto, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, Park Hyatt New York and Park Hyatt Washington, DC

For the purposes of this promotion, back-to-back bookings at the same property or bookings of multiple rooms will not earn bonus points. Instead, you’ll only earn points for the room you actually stay in and only once per stay, regardless of check-out and re-check-in.

Earn three points with this dining promotion

Generally, you can charge for in-room meals while staying at a World of Hyatt property and dining at one of its restaurants.

You’ll earn 5 standard points per dollar on these fees, plus any applicable elite rewards. And if you pay with a Hyatt co-branded credit cardyou will earn an extra 4 Hyatt points for every dollar of these fees.

However, this promotion is aimed at meals that are paid for directly with the restaurant — whether you stay there and don’t charge the meal to your room or you’re not staying at the hotel at all.

From September 15 to December 20, 2022, World of Hyatt members can earn 3 Hyatt points per dollar at participating hotel restaurants worldwide. No pre-registration required — just provide your Hyatt membership number when paying the bill. This promotion applies whether you dine in, order delivery or take out. Make sure to check what options are available at participating restaurants.

Note that this promotion is not available at Hyatt all-inclusive hotels, MGM Resorts, Small Luxury Hotels or on Lindblad Expeditions. There is also a maximum of 100,000 bonus points that you can earn during this promotional period, in addition to any bonus points you may earn based on your World of Hyatt status.

Earn double points and elite credits with Rewards Journey

This time around, Bonus Journeys offers two different promotions: one to double elite night credits and one to double World of Hyatt points.

• Earn double points for an eligible stay of two or more nights at participating Hyatt properties globally. This promotion is valid for stays from September 15 to December 20.
• Earn twice as many elite qualifying nights on completed tier-eligible nights at Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection hotels worldwide. This promotion is valid for stays from September 15 to December 20.

If you’re staying at a All Inclusive Collection hotel, you’ll earn both points and elite qualifying credits toward your stay. Remember Hyatt recently added an AMR . Collection property to its All-Inclusive Collection category, which means you can take advantage of this promotion at over 65 hotels.

In addition, the specific double point promotion includes MGM . Resort, Small luxury hotel of the world and the property of the Lindblad Expedition. Members earn 5 World of Hyatt points per dollar on all stays, so this bonus means you will earn 10 points per dollar (before any elite rewards). You can earn up to 60,000 bonus points with this promotion.

You can apply for this Rewards Journey promotion on Hyatt’s website. Note that you must book by November 15 to earn double points and elite nights on your upcoming stays. Hyatt has confirmed to TPG that reservations are available to be eligible, even if they were booked prior to signing up for the promotion; so you’ll earn points as long as your stay is between September 15th and December 20th.

As always, we recommend register for this promotion even if you don’t have any immediate plans to stay at a Hyatt hotel or resort. This way, you won’t miss out on rewards points or elite night credits if you book a last-minute business trip or vacation that includes a stay at the Hyatt.
