Cowboy says ‘win is win’ as NFC East title hopes to live

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The dalas cowboy won’t apologize for them 27-13 win first Tennessee Giants.

“A win is a win, and we’ll take it and we’ll improve from the mistakes and make sure we’re improving,” the midfielder Dak Prescott speak. “But one win on the road, one short week, you have to win it all. And style points and all that, it’s for everyone who thinks the game is going to be won on paper.”

In theory, the Cowboys should have won more against a Titans team that had several key players rested, including running back. Derrick Henryand had Josh Dobbs began his first NFL career. Win or lose will not affect Tennessee’s place in the AFC South. Their season started with a match in Week 18 against Jacksonville Jaguar.

The Importance of the Cowboys Week 18 Game Against Commander Washington will be determined by Philadelphia Eagles Sunday fare against Saint New Orleans. If Philadelphia wins, it wins the NFC East and takes the top seed in the game. If the Eagles lose, then the Cowboys win the squad if they beat the Commander and the Eagles lose to the Giants in their finale.

“Oh, I’m a Saints fan. Sure,” coach Mike McCarthy said.

He is also a fan of his team. The Cowboys have won eight of their past 10 games, with the only loss coming in pre-overtime Green Bay Packers and Jaguar. For the first time since 1994–95, the Cowboys had 12 consecutive winning seasons. On Thursday, they overcame Prescott’s three first-half turns, including two interceptions bringing his season total to an NFL high of 14.

After an emotional 40-34 win over the Eagles at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, McCarthy knew the game was going to be tough, calling it the toughest game of the season.

“I’m in tune with the injuries and all that’s going on,” McCarthy said. “All the little things. Yeah, it wasn’t clean. It wasn’t a clean performance. We realize that. I don’t dispute it at all. But I know my team. I know they came from a tough win on Sunday and it took a little longer to get fit. Thursday night football is like that. It was a tough challenge. But the important thing. most of all, we rang the bell and we’re done.”

Cowboys are playing their second game in a row without starting the linebacker Leighton Vander Esch and is doing another secondary association with Nahshon Wright play more tackles in a nickel defence while also being able to intercept. When attacking, the Cowboys have no leader Tony Pollardwho has bruised thighs and lost center Tyler Biadasz in the second half to high right ankle sprain.

Biadasz’s absence caused the offensive line to move three times, with Conor McGovern move to center from left guard, Tyler Smith switch to left guard and Jason Peters take over on the left.

“It’s just a testament to how our team fought to get through this three-match period,” finished defensively. DeMarcus Lawrence speak. “I mean the body is on fire, you know? And we still got through and won tonight.”

And now they have more time to prepare to go to Washington, although the exact date of the match has yet to be set.

“Rest,” Prescott said. “Obviously we need to rest, get our bodies back down and then mentally understand what’s going to happen. Take a day or two off and get out of it, but know that when we come back, we have to finish this season on the right foot and we have a long, very long way ahead that we know we are capable of.”
