Climate Crisis Inc., a vague, secretive but highly organized group of activist groups, NGOs that feed off dark money from billionaires and the rest of the world. Climate crisis industry (see Breakthrough InstituteLatest bomb of: The climate industry’s misdirected campaign by Jessica Weinkle), made a splash on May 1^st: Ninth Circuit Rejects Children’s Climate Case (Again). (National Law Journal).

One of several branches of Climate Crisis Inc. (under the Ministry of Propaganda), Climate news insidecomplained about this news in a post titled: “The Court of Appeals has ordered the landmark youth climate case dismissed”.

“Landmark Youth Climate Case” is called Juliana sued the United States. Wiki provides a (not necessarily objective) Summary of the case here.

There are many opinions about dismissing the case, but it is not the final opinion.
