Committee Zero uploaded a uncensored overhaul patch because Chaos;Noah’s Headand you can find it on its website. The page also leads to a spoiler-free guide if you want to follow it and get every ending. This patch is available in both English and Japanese, and you can get it for Steam, Steam Deck, GOG, and Nintendo Switch.
The Chaos;Noah’s Head The overhaul patch is not only uncensored, but fixes bugs and is a completely original translation of the story. There are over 150 translated CGs, as well as additional subtitles and songs. The censorship agency primarily handles content that Mage had to cut in order to lower the age rating for the PSP release. This patch will restore all eleven scenes (critical for the full experience) and the Underwear Transformation Patch DLC.
this is a note from translators explaining why they chose to translate Chaos;Noah’s Head. They strongly state that they support translators who have worked on the official release but who may have little time or money to translate to the level they desire. There were so many mistranslations and inconsistencies, as well as incorrect spelling, that the Zero Committee had to retranslate.
chaotic; head originally launched in 2008, with enhanced features Chaos;Noah’s Head coming out in 2009. The story follows Takumi Nishijou, who suffers from paranoia and hallucinations, which is a major gameplay mechanic. There has been a series of murders in Shibuya, known as the “New Generation of Madness” cases, and Takumi finds himself caught up in it.
