CFMOTO’s 700CL-X Adventure is available at dealers in Australia at a very competitive price of US$12,290 ($11,990 with a six-month term in some states) and features a competitive spec sheet.

Although it’s called the 700CL-X ‘Adventure’, CFMOTO admits the car has more Scrambler styling and enhanced off-road capabilities compared to existing 700CL-X models.

Powered by a 693 cc, parallel, liquid-cooled DOHC engine, optimized for off-road use with improved low-speed linearity, power production 74 hp (55 kW) at 8,500 rpm with maximum torque of 68 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

The ride-by-wire throttle combined with BOSCH’s electronic fuel injection system and the CF-SC slipper clutch ensures smooth acceleration and well-controlled engine braking.

In racing style, the steering wheel has been moved 30mm up and 15mm back to provide a more comfortable riding position and the ability to keep the rider steady on difficult roads.
