The Priority Pass is a program that provides access to airport lounges worldwide. Effective January 1, 2023, Priority Pass airport lounge experiences (such as dining, retail shopping, and spa discounts) are not included in the Visa Infinite® benefit program for Venture X cardholders.
However, a following question covers the following:

However, it should be noted that the other perks of the Venture X lounge are unchanged at this time. That includes access to Capital One Lounge and Plaza Premium Lounge, in addition to continuing to use Priority Pass lounges. The only update deals with the non-lounge elements of the Priority Pass.

It’s worth noting here that the Venture X card launches in November 2021, so this change comes at a time when many people are paying the annual fee for a second year. If you’re renewing, be sure to look at how often you’ve used these lounge-free Priority Pass locations in the past year to see if $395 annual fee is worth it.

bottom line
Starting January 1, Capital One Venture X cardholders will lose access to the benefits beyond the lounge through the Preferred Card — including participating airport restaurants and spa services. This is similar to the restrictions on Priority Pass membership found on some American Express cards.
Another interesting part of this news is that the removal of the benefit was announced as a change regarding Visa Unlimited Benefits — same type as card Chase Sapphire Reserve. We’ve reached out to Chase to ask if this change will affect Priority Pass membership through Sapphire Reserve and will provide updates as needed.
