Coming to you from Jan WegenerThis excellent video review looks at Canon EOS R3 and EOS R5 mirrorless camera. While there are many differences between the two cameras, such as autofocus capabilities and maximum continuous shooting speed, perhaps the most notable boundary is sensor resolution, with the EOS R3 offering 24 megapixels and the EOS R5 comes close to double that, at 45 megapixels. While 24 megapixels is plenty for a wide range of applications, there’s something to be said about having all that extra resolution, because even if you don’t need it for your final image, it’s gives you a lot of flexibility in composition and can even save you from having to buy a long lens for certain applications by allowing you to crop the image as needed. Check out the video above for Wegener’s full thoughts on both cameras.
