Can you find bostons hidden in these pictures?
When mine local army, Ollie, as a puppy, I lost it. Not outside, but inside my house. He was hanging out with me on the couch, going out to eat, and then nowhere to be seen. I looked for him for about 30 minutes before I discovered that the lid of the plastic bin was misaligned. I peeked inside and saw him, fast asleep, on a pile of folded fabric that I was going to use as a curtain.
This isn’t the last time Ollie has hidden from me. Over his 14 years so far, I’ve found him hiding under a blanket, behind a pillow, next to a tree in the backyard. Bostons love to hide. It’s part of them Terrier Heritage, a breed of dog bred to hunt and repel burrowing creatures, such as caries and rabbits. So Bostons, like other Terriers, are comfortable in small, enclosed, and hidden spaces.
Not many people know this more than members of private Facebook groups Boston terrier addict, a collection of more than 81,000 Boston Terrier owners and fans. As a member of this group, I recently enjoyed a new game we were playing called “Find Boston”. During the game, team members post pictures of their home, yard, or other location with a Boston terrier hiding somewhere in the photo. Then we’ll do a Where’s-Waldo search to find the puppy in the image. It’s a great, healthy game that adds a ton of light to my day.
