Can-Am launches a fully electric motorbike
BRP announced that the iconic Can-Am brand, which now includes Spyder and Ryker tricycle and ATV four-wheeled and side by side, going back to its motorcycle roots. To mark the 50th anniversary of the Can-Am brand, BRP will launch a family of two-wheel electric motorbikes.

BRP says the first models of the full electric lineup will be on the market in mid-2024. Based on the teaser image, the lineup will include a roadster and an adventure bike. The bikes on the far right are harder to identify, but could include a cruiser and an all-electric version of a Spyder or Ryker tricycle.
The first Can-Am motorcycle was introduced in 1973 and the brand has since become a dominant force in motocross and endurance racing. Success has elevated the brand to an iconic position since its inception. Half a century later, BRP says new products have been developed to target a wide variety of riders, more specifically for those who crave adventure, seek thrills on the open road, yearning for a quiet ride in the country or wanting to experience the city streets.
