Can-Am and Road Warrior Foundation Veterans Sponsors on Cross Country Rides

The 2022 Road Warrior Ride, sponsored by Can-Am, has concluded at the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in Columbus, Ohio.

During the week of September 23-30, a group of veterans seek adventure, camaraderie and healing Can-Am Spyders from Florida to Ohio, covering more than 1,000 miles. It was the 9th annual Road Warriors Race, organized by Road Warriors Organization and Can-Am. Over the course of the past week, Can-Am, in partnership with the Road Warrior Foundation, has organized a group of military veterans on an epic “Adventure Therapy” ride spanning more than 1,000 miles on a 3-wheeler Can- Am Spyder. This is the ninth year, every year Road Warrior Ride gives veterans the chance to break away from their everyday lives and experience the incredible healing powers of walking the open road, all for free.

Veterans are selected by RWF from hundreds of applicants, and include representatives of the United States Army, United States Air Force and United States Marine Corps. And at the heart of every RWF adventure, they are all young – in their 20s and 30s – with various injuries, both physical and mental. They all have something else in common: a thirst for adventure and a desire to bring joy into their lives. Riding is the perfect recipe for a group of like-minded strangers.

The Road Warrior Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run by veterans, for veterans.
