The board of the Gerry Dilger Equine Scholarship Basis is delighted to announce Gemma Blumenshine because the recipient of its annual scholarship to the Irish Nationwide Stud along with KEMI. Annually the charity awards a variety of scholarships devoted to the reminiscence of Gerry Dilger. Gemma’s profile and powerful work ethic impressed the board because the candidate who’s most deserving, and fits what can be a novel expertise and alternative to be part of the famed Irish Nationwide Stud program in 2022.
Gemma grew up in Clovis, California, majored in Animal Science and minored in Dairy Industries at California Polytechnic State College. She began using and competing in hunters and equitation from the age of 11 and has already gained a lot expertise in coaching, education and classes. As well as, Gemma has loved coaching off-track thoroughbreds to leap. Her latest work expertise by KEMI at Castleton Lyons right here in Lexington makes her a well-rounded candidate.
She commented “I’m so fortunate to be part of KEMI and to be acknowledged with the Gerry Dilger Irish Nationwide Stud Scholarship and am so grateful to his household.”
