I’m packing the right pair of cool linen pants for my upcoming beach vacation

I’m patiently counting down the days until I get there went on my first Caribbean cruise. We still have about two months left but my family has already decided what the dress code and itinerary will be. Will have an all-white family dinnera 70s themed karaoke night and a picnic on the beach where we will Wear all neutral colors. Now that I know what the photo shoot will entail, I can start packing accordingly. And the first things in my suitcase were these Palazzo linen pants from Faleave’s on Amazon.

The drawstring pants comes in seven colors, including beige, black, brown, yellow and gray, and comes in sizes XS to XL. They’re made from a lightweight cotton and linen blend and feature a high-waisted silhouette, two roomy front pockets and a palazzo design that comfortably falls off the leg.

At this point, it was obvious that I would bring it along Faleave linen pants on vacation – it’s practically my beach uniform. I usually try to avoid wearing long pants when the temperature is above 80 degrees, but these pants are super lightweight, don’t chafe or irritate my skin like other linen styles I’ve owned, and have roomy pockets for storage. Fits my larger iPhone. I like that they have an elastic waistband and drawstring so they’re easy to put on and take off, and they don’t dig into my waist, even after a big lunch. They also have a slightly longer length so they sit perfectly on my feet.

I own them in beige and brown, and the shades are true to what’s shown online, but I will say that with the fabric being light they can get a little thin in direct sunlight. They’re a little wrinkled when you first take them out of the package, but after washing and drying, permanent wrinkles appear immediately and I’ve had no issues with shrinkage. I usually wear these cool pants as a cover for my swimsuit. I also plan to pick up a gray pair so I can put the beige pair on hold before my cruise in June.
