Kodak Black was arrested on New Year’s Day for passing.
Sheriff Broward officers “contacted Bill Kapri” around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near the 1600 block of North West 10th Street in Golden Acres, Pomano Beach.
Officers did not provide further information about his arrest.
The rapper was sentenced to three years in federal prison for falsifying documents used to purchase firearms at a gun store in Miami. His sentence was commuted by President Donald Trump on his last day in office last January. The rapper was also sentenced to probation last April for assaulting a teenage girl in a hotel room in South Carolina. He was initially charged with rape, but accepted the agreement and pleaded guilty to first-degree assault.

“I’m sorry. I hope we can all move forward. I wish her the best in life,” he told the victim in court.
After he accepted the plea agreement, Kodak denied his guilt and said he didn’t do it.
