Best Social Links in Persona 4 Golden Tug at Your Heartstrings

Social links are an important part of any personality experience, and it is no different in Persona 4 Gold. Hanging out with your friends and improving their Social Links are not only hugely beneficial in battle or Persona fusion, but they also help distract you from the murder mystery in town. In fact, some Social Links are so good they almost deserve their own game! These are the Social Links in Persona 4 Gold which I personally think is best written.

Editor’s Note: This contains disclosures for some of the Social Links in Persona 4 Gold.

Yosuke

In the story, you see a lot of Yosuke’s good and bad qualities. He’s impulsive and startling, but he’s also surprisingly smart and good at being Yu’s middle school leader. Yosuke is definitely some kind of leader in Junes, even if we ignore the fact that he’s a bit childish. However, his Social Links take it a little further. We can see his struggles as the son of a large company that is pushing back on smaller businesses in Inaba. We can see him dealing with pain and self-loathing for Saki. Yosuke’s social affiliation does a great job of showing us what’s behind his mask, while remaining true to the character he plays in the main plot.

Let’s date him now!

Yukiko

Unlike Yosuke, we don’t see much new depth about Yukiko in her Social Links. However, her Social Links are something that I feel many people – especially young people – can relate to. Even though she’s starting to want to leave Inaba and the Amagi Inn behind, she realizes how much and justifiably she loves it. want to succeed it. It wasn’t just something she felt she had to do anymore. As a child, I thought Yukiko’s Social Link was bad because she ended it the same way she started, but when I played it again Persona 4 Gold, I found that I was wrong. A character’s mental journey is just as important as the physical journey.

kanji

I have to admit that a big part of me just likes Kanji so of course I like his Social Links. In the main plot, there aren’t many scenes with just Kanji or Yu. A lot of times, Kanji becomes funny thanks to his stupidity, Yosuke’s teasing or Rise’s teasing. So it’s really refreshing to play his Social Link and see Kanji as a kind but clumsy boy trying to change a lot, but he’s not used to people accepting people his real. Kanji deserves a lot. The best character, down the hand.

kou persona 4 social link gold

Kou and Daisuke

The Athletes’ Council boys are funny just because literally which club you’re in. Even if you’re into basketball, you still hang out with Daisuke. Even if you join soccer, you still hang out with Kou. And these guys are in their own little sports anime, but in a positive way. Whether it’s Kou’s family drama or Daisuke’s relationship drama, I’m always very curious about what will happen next.

noki

Naoki

Like with Yosuke, much of Naoki’s Social Link deals with his grief for Saki, as well as the way others view him after her death. It’s a very well-written look at what happens after a personal tragedy, in both Naoki’s way of thinking and the reactions of his neighbors to him. Like, I’m really amazed at Naoki’s writing for Social Links, especially when I compare it to some of the other Social Links. personality Game. His social link is one that I definitely recommend players make the most of if this is their first time playing. character 4.

nanako

nanako

Nanako makes me so sad and her Social Links aren’t any better either. Lots of social links in 4 dealing with pain and how to get over it, and this version of the theme by Nanako in a way that has the potential to impact your heart rate. It’s not exactly a happy ending, just because her Social Links don’t quite address Dojima’s workaholic tendencies. But seeing the two of them finally learn how to communicate and support each other in their shared pain was amazing. When I played Nanako’s Social Link as a kid, I cried instantly and I almost damned again in Yellow.

dojima social link

Ryotaro

When I was a kid playing character 4, I found Dojima’s Social Links to be difficult to relate to and confusing. He’s also very awkward socially, which I can’t understand. But now I do. And now, he makes me emotional. Although both his and Nanako’s Social Link deal with the same issue of Chisato’s death, Nanako feels I’m a lot more satisfied with how it ended. But the reason Dojima’s Social Link is here is because I like how we never really find out who killed Chisato. It would have been easy for him to capture the culprit and find a trail through it, but he made peace with that because of Nanako’s presence. That’s a really sweet Social Link, even if it’s the weakest of the ones I’ve listed here.

eri

Eri

Like Dojima’s above, Eri’s Social Link is something I haven’t been able to associate or understand since childhood. It was certainly not a story that an average teenager would find appealing. Eri’s social connections revolve around her loneliness from being away from her supportive circle, as well as her misunderstandings with her own son. The way you can only look at her and Yuuta realize how much they care for each other makes me go to daycare whenever possible.

There are many other good Social Links in Persona 4 Gold. Rise’s is a really fun game, though I find it hard to tell if I really like it or if I just want her Silver Bracelet. Ai’s is also happy when you get over her irritable attitude and forced truancy. However, I can’t say if I really liked Who or if I can’t separate the anime version from the game. There’s something for everyone in Persona 4 Gold Social link if you open your heart (and schedule) to citizens of Inaba.

Persona 4 Gold available on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series XXbox Game Pass, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch.
