Australia bids to host COP 31 climate change conference

Australia will bid to host the world’s largest conference on climate change in 2026, the government announced.
Energy and Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen confirmed that the country will bid to host COP 31 in cooperation with the United Nations. Pacific Countries.
COP 31 is the shortened name of United Nation Conference on Climate Change.

“This is the moment of the Olympics – a great opportunity to host a nation-building global event,” said O’Gorman.

Last June, the Australian Federal Minister for Energy and Climate Chris Bowen explains that we don’t have to worry about the potential for disruption of renewable energy, because we can store electricity like water.
Aside from his lack of tech savvy, Bowen could be one of those insecure Australian politicians who, in my opinion, absolutely desperate for international recognition.
We can only speculate on hasty promises or cash gifts by the Australian Federal Minister for Climate and Energy Chris Bowen will provide, to give a favorable impression to the international climate conference delegates. If Bowen was as weak as I feared, it wouldn’t take long for the climate conference delegates to find him.
