Leslie Knope and April Ludgate are together again!
While hosting NBC’s Saturday Night Live first, White Lotus‘ Aubrey Square make fans even more excited by having a surprise reunion with her Parks and Recreation costar Amy Poehlera problem first SNL actor.
On the January 21 episode, the actresses got together to play their old sitcoms in a sketch in Weekend update. Plaza’s Ludgate, who apparently talks about working for local government, told the co-manager: “Everyone should get involved where they live.” Colin Jost. “If you’re young, you should get a job as a garbage collector or something.”
More ironically than ever, Plaza-as-Ludgate also suggests that one can “drive the bus,” adding, “You don’t have to be on time. Nobody cares.”
She continued, “Work for the water department. You can drain the reservoir and find all the bodies and clues to murder, or just be a dog catcher, and just say you can’t. find anything. Because when you work for the local government, doing the bare minimum is doing your part.”
