“I don’t know,” former heavyweight athlete Anthony Joshua recently told DAZN about when he will be active again. “I was supposed to be in the ring this year, I’ll be in the ring next year.” Joshua has made it clear that specifics should be avoided. “I’ll be in the ring when I’m in the ring,” he said. “I don’t want to make a statement today and then I’ll be held back. You know what I mean? When I’m ready, I’ll be back in the ring.” Joshua has made it clear that there are many issues in his life that are affecting him both on and off the ring.
“My life is complicated. Boxing has become a bit complicated for me,” he said. However, Joshua made it clear that he was not criticizing those around him. “Everybody’s just trying to make the most of this time while I’m boxing and they’re doing great,” he said. Joshua recently lost in a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, who lifted Joshua’s title from him in their first match in 2021. Joshua had previously admitted that his second loss to Usyk had left him exhausted. emotional strength. Now, some time after his rematch last August, the towering England international seems to be in a somewhat contemplative mood.
