Annoying woman kneels near Pit Bull growling, ready to open the door
There’s never a good reason to leave an animal behind, but it still happens all too often. A white Pit Bull was reported in and out of a shabby home in a crime-ridden neighborhood. The house was on its last legs, but the dog wouldn’t leave a place where she felt safe. Stray Rescue of St. Louis was called to check on the situation.

As they went up the stairs and into a back room, they heard a small rumbling. She was there! The poor dog was extremely scared lying on the ground. Her growl indicated, “Please don’t come near me anymore. I’m scared.“The seasoned rescuers were aware of this and gave her some room.

They backed away and left a trail of sausages in the hope that the dog would follow them. They set up a humane trap across the street and waited. The adorable white dog finally emerged, starving and unable to resist the lure of food. She entered the trap after tracking it.

Rescuers simply waited for the door to close. They realize it’s not ideal, and she’ll be scared, but saving her life is their first concern. The dog’s grunts continued. But the reason was clear to them.

One of the rescuers knelt down and told the dog, which they later named Malala, that he would be fine. She still didn’t believe them and continued to growl. Now they have to carry the cage inside their jeep and take Malala to the rescue center.
