Amy C looks for next stake win in Las Cienegas
Amy OLD will be looking to win back-to-back bets for coach Phil D’Amato as she tops a field of eight fillings and mares in the $100,000 Las Cienegas Stakes (G3T) on Jan. Santa Anita . Park.
Originally slated for New Year’s Day, the Las Cienegas race, which would run about six and a half miles on hillside grass, was postponed by a day due to a forecast of rain this weekend. It was Monday’s first race.
